Don Davidson has concentrated his career in driving change through technology. Starting as a sales representative for Bancroft-Whitney, a legal publisher in California since 1856, he eventually worked his way to Vice President of Sales. Bancroft-Whitney merged with other major legal publishers to become West Group. Don was part of the integration team that planned and executed the sales function that later became West Group, the largest legal publisher in the world. After the integration, Don was the Director of Sales for the Western Market Center at West Group. Don helped drive the technology change from law books to on-line research.
Upon leaving West, Don helped start several internet companies serving the legal community. As the National Director of Sales for Juritas.com, he helped pioneer “data mining” the court system for public record information. Don was part of the management team that started Fios, Inc. Fios was among the first Electronic Evidence companies. As the Vice President of Sales for Fios, Inc., Don helped establish the market for electronic evidence discovery. Having held a variety of executive management and sales positions for companies serving the legal community, the management direction chosen by The Davidson Group gives us a unique perspective in assisting other companies with their efforts to find the best talent. Don has extensive ties to the deaf community and has dedicated time and energy in developing careers for the handicapped.

Erin Davidson spent the first few years of her career in event planning for large scale industry conferences. This included, but was not limited to, Black Hat – an information security conference for hackers, corporations and government agencies.
Erin contributed to The Davidson Group part time since it’s inception, and transitioned full time as a partner in the company in 2017. She primarily focuses on driving the Information/Data Security segment of the business, placing IT, sales and leadership professionals at fast growing, reputable companies.

Janine DiMarco has a background in Recruiting, Management and Human Resources. After a successful management career in the financial industry, Janine worked at Thomson as an Employment and Benefits Specialist where she recruited sales representatives, attorney editors, account managers, technical support, and marketing and support staff. She recruited instrumental people for the new Product Development Department, which had the challenge of establishing Thomson as a Technology Company. Janine was a member of the San Francisco task force that helped transition the Thomson and West mergers and integrations. Janine has been placing talented people throughout the United States in the legal services and technology field for over 20 years.

Ellen Walker has a unique background in Executive Recruiting, Management, Sales, Marketing and Consulting.   She has been a successful entrepreneur for much of her career in technology, hospitality and non-profit projects.

Starting her career as a tax accountant, gave her a great foundation in business. Her experience in leading a national sales team for a major cruise line led her to recruiting & talent development, which has always been Ellen’s passion. Motivated to search beyond the surface to identify companies and candidates who truly click has helped Ellen be successful as a recruiter.  She learned early on in her career to focus on concentrated listening and building honest relationships. Ellen thrives on building bridges professionally and personally.

The ability to develop and foster ongoing relationships speaks volumes about a recruiter’s integrity, quality, motivation, and success in the industry.
