What is the process for finding employees through the Davidson Group?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. The Davidson Group will get the details of the position from you through an extensive job intake process in order to send you the most qualified applicants. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.
How long will it take to find the ideal candidate for our company?
We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. We work on projects as a team. Our process is very thorough and quick. Quite often, the hiring process speed is determined by how fast you respond to our submittals and move candidates through the process.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
We have some clients request reference checks, based on work history provided by the applicant, drug screen, driving record screen or criminal background check. The Davidson Group can provide these services, as well as meet any other needs you might have for background or security checks. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee, or you may decide to do them yourself through your usual service providers.
What if I’m not satisfied with an employee placed by the Davidson Group?
The Davidson Group does an extensive amount of work vetting each candidate before submission. Additionally, the process we follow allows us to quickly determine if a candidate is not a cultural fit or if they do not have the skills to compete at the highest levels. Even still, sometimes candidates, positions and companies are not a perfect match. We have a reasonable guarantee program to deal with those rare situations.
